JENNA BUSH is the younger, blonder and rowdier of George Bush’s twin daughters. Her adolescence was punctuated by a few run-ins with the law. During one trip in the paddy wagon, she was photographed sticking her tongue out. In another episode, she tried to use fake ID to buy booze at a Tex-Mex restaurant in Austin. It is surprising that she tried. She looks somewhat like her father. …Ms Bush is currently touring the country to promote the book and its message, which is basically that people should be nice to one another and always use condoms. It is a vague platform, but bold in its way. Her father’s administration prefers to tackle HIV by encouraging abstinence.
